These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Nemerion website and online store (the “Services”). The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Nemerion.
By visiting, browsing, interacting with, or purchasing from our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.
1. Access, Eligibility & Account

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control.
Risk of loss passes to you when the order is transferred to the carrier, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

All returns, refunds, and exchanges are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

All content on the Services (including branding, logos, text, images, graphics, designs, audio, video, and site layout) is owned by Nemerion or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

10. Shopify Platform Relationship
Our store is hosted on Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services. However, purchases made through our store are made directly with Nemerion.
You acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and Nemerion, including product issues, delivery, refunds, or disputes.
11. Privacy
Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy.
Because the store is hosted on Shopify, Shopify may process certain personal information in order to provide and improve the platform services.
12. User Content & Feedback
If you submit reviews, comments, suggestions, or other content (“Feedback”), you grant Nemerion a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display such Feedback for business purposes (including marketing and improvement of Services).
You confirm that your Feedback does not violate third-party rights and is not unlawful or abusive.

These Terms, together with our policies (including the Privacy Policy and Return & Refund Policy), constitute the entire agreement between you and Nemerion regarding the Services.
